Hello! My name is Ron O. Youmans and I am the Coordinator of Alternative Programs for Colleton County School District. I have served as an administrator at several schools here in Colleton and I have over 28 years of overall educational experience in South Carolina. Please be aware that we support all students and believe that we can all succeed if given the opportunity and we stand by that here at Colleton Academy for Success (CAS). Our plan, as a staff, is to provide the best alternative learning environment for our students and support all areas including: academics, social emotional learning, counseling, and support. 

As the leader of CAS, I am grateful to serve the students of Colleton County School District and look forward to their continued success and accomplishments.

Colleton Academy for Success commits to cultivating positive relationships and providing a
structural streamline curriculum while assisting students in identifying barriers that inhibits
their educational and social development.
